Whew! We’ve been busy here at Giftbit. The team has steadily been enhancing our rewards offering, and we feel like now’s the time to share what we’ve accomplished.
You might have seen our latest press release. A bit of a “look at us” moment, but we sincerely hope that it will invite companies to take a fresh look at all we’ve been up to. We can now help scale any type of rewards, incentives, or payout program, virtually anywhere in the world.
Since Day One, Giftbit has been guided by the belief that rewards programs should be easy to operate while also delivering meaningful results for businesses.
We continue to be guided by this belief, and we’ve seen that truly great rewards programs must be able to grow and scale. And so we’ve been investing in our platform and catalog to ensure that we’re continually meeting the complex demands of our clients and their scaling programs.
Specifically, to ensure that our clients always have access to the most reliable and scalable tools, we’ve improved three critical components of our rewards platform: our catalog, reward delivery options, and pricing transparency.
The Global Catalog
Gift cards and prepaid cards (like prepaid Visa and Mastercard®) are simply the best all-around rewards. They provide a miraculous combination of highly desirable and measurably effective incentives.
And in the last year we’ve supercharged our catalog from around 200 to almost 1000 attractive options.
We’ve also added robust options in dozens of new countries and currencies, with easy international funding and currency conversion. We now have gift cards available in GBP, Euro, AUD, Brazilian Real, and Indian Rupee, with more on the way.
We recognize that for digital and global businesses, it’s critical your rewards partner have a wide and broad catalog to match. So buckle up, because we're aiming to add thousands more brands in 2025—with the goal of having one of the largest, most desirable rewards catalogs available anywhere.
Reward Delivery
A strong rewards program ends with a delighted recipient. Put another way, a clunky reward delivery process can undo all the work done prior. That's why we've spent time and resources ensuring the recipients of our customer’s rewards programs have an amazing experience.
We launched Recipient Choice— giving your recipients the ability to select from hundreds of options to make sure they get the reward that is most meaningful to them.
We also launched our Direct Link functionality which encapsulates an entire reward program in a single URL. These Direct Links are infinitely customizable and can be delivered in virtually any way conceivable.
Imagine an entire global rewards supply chain available in a simple URL that your recipients can access instantly.
The new Direct Link functionality is purpose-built to work with Giftbit’s API and is a big step forward in easily automating rewards programs.
Pricing Transparency
Finally, we strongly believe that every dollar of our customer’s budgets should go toward the rewards in their program. We’re allergic to fees and other associated overhead costs. We also don’t agree with the secretive, confusing, and often deliberately deceptive pricing tactics that are all too prevalent in our industry.
Today, when you work with Giftbit as your rewards partner, you will not pay fees.
In fact, for larger programs, we can reduce costs further and provide rewards at a discount, providing an unexpected and material new revenue stream for our customers.
We also believe that in order to have effective programs, our customers need to know all the operational details of their programs—including which rewards had deliverability issues or have gone unclaimed. With Giftbit’s 360° reporting, all these details are now on-demand and at our customers' fingertips.
